The symbol was used by many ancient cultures to represent the archetypal language of the Universe, the purity of form and proportion.
A la Russe Fall-Winter/2013-14 Collection This collection is based on the image of Lara, a female character from Boris Pasternak´s Doctor Zhivago. The various patterns that make up the collection are fantasies, impressions and interpretations of Lara, rather than illustrations of the novel´s actual narrative. The idea behind these patterns is to transform the Victorian rose motive in two different ways in order to make it look modern.
